Meet Our Founder: Jodi Safris

Jodi has been working in schools for over 13 years where she discovered her passion for developing connections with harder to reach students and helping every child achieve their full potential through effective behavior intervention.
Licensed & Certified
To Provide Assitance Where Your School Needs it Most
Jodi is a licensed Professional School Counselor and holds her Evaluator’s License with certifications including Level 1 Investigation, Suicide Prevention and Postvention, and Bullying Prevention.

In the Education Field
Throughout her career, Jodi has spent time in the classroom as a professional school counselor and alongside administrators as a Director of Student Services. This makes her a vital asset to working with and understanding every member of your team. Jodi has also spent time as a behavioral health counselor where she provided support to children managing severe mental health disorders and their families.

Jodi has had the opportunity to present her knowledge at several education conferences such as The Iowa School Counselor Association Annual Conference (2017), High Scope International Conference (2019), and The National Catholic Educational Association Institute for Catholic School Leaders (2019).
